  • A bicycle shop can help you choose the correct size bicycle.
  • Ensure your bicycle is in good working order by inspecting it regularly.

Protect Yourself

Properly-fitted helmets provide protection from a potentially life-threatening head injury. By law, bicycle riders under 18 years old must wear a bicycle helmet while riding on a public road.

Wear your helmet per manufacturer directions.

Condition and purpose

1. Use and care of Equipment

The Client acknowledges and agrees that they have inspected the Equipment, and that the Equipment is in good condition and suitable for the intended use.

The safety of the Client and others

Cycling involves Risks. The Client agrees that despite such Risks the Client wants to
participate in the holiday and/or hire and use the Equipment, and accepts sole responsibility for: (a) the Equipment; and (b) the safety of the Client and others.

Late returns will be charged

The Client will take proper and reasonable care of the Equipment during the Hire Period, and will return it in good order and condition to Komo by 19:00h on the return date specified in the Contract, unless otherwise agreed by Komo. Late returns will be charged a daily hire rate until returned, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Competent to use the Equipment

The Client warrants that all persons who will use the Equipment are competent to use the Equipment, will use the Equipment in the manner it was designed to be used, will follow any directions from Bike Breaks relating to the use and safety of the Equipment, and will comply with all laws and obligations in relation to the use and control of the Equipment.
No modifications to Equipment.

The Client will not change or modify the Equipment

The Client will not change or modify the Equipment without Bike Kona’s agreement. If the Client changes or modifies the Equipment without Bike Breaks’s agreement, such changes or modifications will be considered damage, and clause 7) will apply.
Damage or loss

Responsible for any damage

The Client is solely responsible for any damage to, or loss of, the Equipment during the Hire Period. The Client will notify Komo immediately if the Equipment is damaged or lost, and will follow all reasonable instructions of Komo in relation to such damaged or lost Equipment.

In the case of damage

In the case of damage to the Equipment (excluding reasonable wear and tear, and any damage to inner tubes), however caused, the Client will be responsible for and will pay Komo for the full cost of all repairs, including the cost of replacing any damaged parts and any labour to restore the Equipment to the condition it was in at the commencement of the Hire Period. For the avoidance of doubt, Komo has the sole right to reasonably determine: (a) whether the Equipment has been damaged during the Hire Period; (b) whether such damage is beyond reasonable wear and tear; (c) the extent of such damage; and (d) the full cost of the repairs required.

In the case of loss

In the case of loss of the Equipment, however caused, the Client will be responsible for and will pay Komo for the full cost to Komo of replacing such Equipment.

Lost revenue

In addition to the costs set out in clauses 7) and 8), the Client will be responsible for and will indemnify Komo for any loss of revenue suffered by Komo due to the unavailability of the Equipment for hire due to damage or loss. The costs for lost revenue will not exceed the equivalent of 7 days hire of the Equipment at the prevailing hire rates.

    Objekti: Dhenie me qera e bicikletave elektrike me pedalim te asistuar nga motorri elektrik. Kjo kontrate qeradhenie lidhet midis LikSad c-Bike , NIPT L824065011 me seli ne rrugen Margarita Tutulani, Tirana dhe qeramarresit I cilesuar me poshte si klienti.

    Neni 1

    Me nënshkrimin e kontratës, klienti konfirmon marrjen e tij/saj të bicikletes në kushtet e përshtatshme për shërbimin e kontraktuar me të gjitha pajisjet përkatëse. Klienti, i cili në emër të personit juridik e merr automjetin dhe nënshkruan kontratën, deklaron se ai ka autoritetin dhe garanton përgjegjësinë e tij tek qiradhënësi, në solidaritet me atë person juridik dhe është përgjegjës për përmbushjen e të gjitha detyrimeve sipas kësaj marrëveshje. Përdoruesi është përgjegjës për shkeljet e trafikut të bëra gjatë afatit të kontratës, edhe pas përfundimit të kontratave.

    Neni 2

    Klienti paguan qerane per kohezgjatjen e mbajtjes se bicikletes elektrike ne momentin qe e merr ate. Shuma e paguar nga klienti per afatin kohor___________ eshte____________Leke. Ne rast se klienti e mban me gjate bicikleten elektrike nga afati I parashikuar dhe ai nuk paguan detyrimet e lindura gjate peridhes se mbajtur eshte i detyruar t'i paguaj demshperblim LikSad e-Bike njeqind fishin e vleres se detyruar.

    Neni 3

    Ne rast se bicikleta kthehet e demtuar, deri ne momentin e riparimit ne servis klienti eshte i detyruar te paguaj qerane dhe dyfishin e vleres se demtimit. Nese klienti refuzon te paguaj per vleren e detyrar nga demtimi I bicikletes elektrike, ai duhet te demshperblej LikSad e-Bike me njeqind fishin e vleres se demit.

    Neni 4

    Keqperdorimi I bicikletes elektrike: Ne rast se konstatohet nepermjet shenjave, imazheve filmike se klienti ka abuzuar me bicikleten elektrike me manovra si, spostime, ngritje ne gome te pare frenime te forta, perdorimi ne terrene offroad ekstreme, klienti eshte i detyruar t'i paguaj LikSad e-Bike demshperblim 1000Euro (njemije euro) dhe demshperblim per prishje e imazhit te kompanise duke krijuar manovra jo te pelqyeshme ne vlere 10.000 Euro (dhjete mije euro)

    Neni 5

    Demtimi i plote I bicikletes ne aksident: Ne rast se bicikleta elektrike perfshihet ne aksident, klienti mban pergjegjesi te plote ndaj LikSad e-Bike jo me shume se 2 dite nga data e aksidentit. Ne rast se bicikleta demtohet plotesisht klienti demshperblen LikSad e-Bike me 2000Euro (dymije euro) jo me larg se 2 dite nga data e aksidentit.

    Neni 6

    Ne rast te mosfunksionimit te sistemit elektrik pasi klienti kthen bicikleten, LikSad e-Bike ka te drejte te mbaj mjetin e identifikimit te personit deri ne momentin e diagnostifikimit te problemit. Nese klienti ka tentuar te demtoj bicikleten ne qarkun elektrik, apo per qellime keqadashese ka tentuar te ndryshoj dicka ne biciklete, eshte I detyruar te demshperblej LikSad e-Bike me 2000Euro (dymije euro)
